The Polokwane Student Residence, is a 1000+ bed student campus designed to meet the high demand for student housing in Polokwane Central and to be a conducive space for a pleasant and well-rounded student lifestyle and culture.
Inspired by the colourful cultures of the local context, the student residence is envisaged as a breath of fresh air to the local architectural scene. Adding a colourful palette to an otherwise neutral cityscape.
